A fantasy for many men is well, another man. Some need to be coaxed into it and this is where the forced bi scenario comes into play for many. You can see the absurdity that some go through with the scene shown as an example, to worry about homosexual and not what it is intended to be.
The forced bi scenario and fantasy removes that responsibility for men, if a Mistress is the one forcing them to suck cock or take a cock up the ass, they themselves cannot possibly be responsible for such an action.
