Just because we aren’t gay doesn’t mean we can’t have fantasies about people of the same sex. When clients ask me about a threesome scenario, there’s always a few famous celebrities I pull out of my hat I wouldn’t kick out of bed, even though I’m not gay. Britney Spears, Shania Twain, and Charlize Theron.
A few years ago there was a show I watched called “The L Word”, a drama about a group of lesbians in Los Angles and their lives. There was one of them on there I found very sexy, surprisingly so for me, since I like real girly girl types, and this one was not, she was fairly androgynous, yet very sexy whose character was named Shane, played by actress Katherine Moennig, very sexy girl indeed, but with a sexual, masculine energy. I’ve never been with a woman and doubt I ever will be, but it’s always interesting to find yourself attracted to someone you never thought you would be. It’s like it reveals something to us we didn’t know was inside us. Our own passions and desires can sometimes take even ourselves by surprise. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen now and again.
The thought of someone different than we are normally attracted to can be an exciting and strange feeling that we want to get to know better. I haven’t had male clients mention other male celebrities very often to me, female ones all the time, but not male ones. I wonder which ones they fantasize about? I’ve watched gay porn with some as we talked, but the stars of porno movies don’t really count. They seem to mostly fantasize about men in their everyday lives, the guy at work, the neighbor down the street kind of thing I find.
